About Health ED Interactive

Health ED Interactive is a youth-centered initiative based in Eswatini, driven to educate, empower, and elevate digital health literacy. We believe that when young people understand their health, they are empowered to take charge of their futures.

We’re here to bridge the gap in access to reliable, engaging, and localized health education — through digital tools, interactive sessions, and culturally-rooted dialogue.

Our Impact Goals

To increase digital access to health education across rural and urban communities.
To build a generation of informed youth who make smart, safe, and healthy choices.
To reduce stigma, misinformation, and taboos around health topics in Southern Africa.
To co-create content and learning spaces with youth voices at the center.

Our Programs

Digital Health Clubs: Safe learning circles for young people to explore key health topics.
Interactive Content Design: Games, quizzes, videos, and podcasts that make learning health fun and local.
Peer Educator Training: Building youth leadership in health awareness and community action.
Community Dialogues: Bringing generations together to address health, gender, and wellness.

Why We Exist

Young people in Eswatini face health challenges — from reproductive health myths to mental health stigmas — and lack trusted spaces for learning. The rise of digital access opens new doors, but only if we create content and communities that meet youth where they are.
